Mezzo Soprano Katherine Squire was born in Devon 10 January 1975. She achieved her Performers Licentiate Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma studying with Eiddwen Harry and Suzanne Murphy at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Katherine has sang under the baton of conductors such as Sir Neville Mariner and Richard Hickox and since graduating in 2003 Katherine has been in high demand as a soloist both in Britain and abroad, regularly appearing on television and radio.

Katherine has performed as a soloist in a number of venues in Wales and abroad and her repertoire ranges from opera and operetta via musical theatre and jazz. She also regularly appears on television and radio with ensembles such as BBC Now and Vivace singers
